Great stay with some room for improvement

My recent visit was enjoyable, especially the clean rooms and friendly staff. The atmosphere was vibrant, and I appreciated the gambling options. However, the bed linens were a bit uncomfortable and the food options were limited, leaving something to be desired.

The corner suite with Jacuzzi was fantastic—spacious, clean, and the perfect way to unwind after a long day. Although the smoking policy was bothersome, especially for a Canadian traveler like me, the welcoming staff and the overall comfort compensated for that. The homemade biscuits offered in-room were a delightful surprise, enhancing my stay even more.

The Seneca Allegany Resort & Casino has beautiful decor with a sophisticated ambiance. The common areas are spacious and well-designed, making it easy for seniors to navigate comfortably. The staff were also incredibly accommodating and attentive.

During my two-night stay, I appreciated the clean and spacious room, along with the comfortable bed. However, accessing drinks in the casino proved challenging due to slow service. I recommend trying the breakfast buffet, which was excellent and reasonably priced.

We stayed in the Corner King Suite with Jacuzzi and it was super clean! The jacuzzi tub was a highlight for sure. The soft robes were a nice touch too. Everything was laid out really well, and we loved the overall vibe of the room. Easy check-in and check-out made things smooth as well. No complaints at all about the room!

It was just a well-suited match for a stopover in Salamanca with definitely value for money. The room was clean and comfortable, offering a great experience overall. Be sure to check out the steakhouse for some fantastic food options.

The facilities were well-kept and clean. We loved hitting the casino and trying out the exciting Lock It Link games. Also, the hot tub was a perfect spot to unwind after a night out. A good tip for future guests, there are limited dining options, so plan accordingly!

Breakfast was disappointing. For $13, I expected more than just basic items without toast or fruit. It felt a bit overhyped for what was offered.

Had an amazing night in a spacious deluxe room with a fantastic view from the 8th floor, and those toiletries were just delightful! I really enjoyed a relaxing massage at the spa and a refreshing dip in the indoor pool. Just a heads up, the steakhouse was closed during my visit, so I couldn't try it out, but don’t miss the buffet for great food! 😊

The service throughout our stay was exceptional. the staff was friendly and courteous. The meals we had were delightful, with generous portions and great menu options.
